    Acabei de alugar o servidor com eles.
    Vamos ver no que vai dar.
    Ainda não recebi a máquina (tem 2 minutos que efetuei o pagamento).
    Assim que tiver alguma novidade, eu volto a postar.

    Aparentemente eles utilizam um painel próprio para gerencimento de tickets e do servidor.

    Em relação ao acesso IPMI com console remoto e etc.. acredito que a máquina não possua, pois não está disponível aqui pra mim no painel.
    Mas é possível reinstalar e trocar o sistema por um dessa lista automaticamente:
