We're sending you this message regarding a recent Snapshot transfer that you initiated to our Singapore datacenter sometime between March 19 and March 23. We discovered an issue in our platform with the transfer which caused new Droplet creations to fail from the Snapshot.
As a result of discovering this, our engineering team took immediate action to revert the code and re-transfer your Snapshot to our Signapore datacenter. We want to reassure you that you're not charged for the Snapshots and that at this time you should be able to spin up new Droplets from the Snapshots without issue.
